**SOUTH CAROLINA DEBATE WATCH PARTY - January 20, 2012 @ 6p- Buffalo Wild Wings Hulen Street, Fort Worth**
Every great structure requires a solid foundation. The foundation of the United States of America is “We the People.” In order for democracy to work it is of utmost importance for the People (this means you) to be involved. Membership in the Young Republicans is a fantastic way to participate in the political process.
The Tarrant County Young Republicans club is a local chapter of the Texas Young Republicans Federation. The purpose of the Club is to support the principles and objectives of the Republican Party, to work for the election of all duly nominated Republican candidates, and to promote the interests of young Republicans in Tarrant County. We engage in grassroot politics, meet candidates and office holders, and experience what it means to be a proactive citizen.
To that end, the Club facilitates a time and place in Tarrant County for like-minded individuals to congregate. We have three regular events scheduled every month — happy hour on the second Thursday @ 6:30 PM at rotating locations, a formal meeting on the third Tuesday @ 7:00 PM with Meet and Mingle 30 minutes prior at the Old Rip’s near TCU in Fort Worth, and a Arlington area meeting every 1st Monday of the month at J. Gilligans Bar and Grill, see the meetings page for details.
